Crafting with Plants
Robin is back with another hands-on class combining her passions of creativity, plants, and mental health. Robin is a local therapist who believes mental health well-being can be accessed in a multitude of ways. In this class, Robin will be guiding participants through making a macrame plant holder and demonstrating how crafts and creativity can help improve your mood, boost self-esteem, and build connections with others. Welcome to Crafting Connections - Where Creativity Meets Healing! My name is Robin and I am a licensed therapist and avid crafter. Join me at Spruce Murray Hill for an afternoon filled with crafting, community and a little mental health knowledge for your holiday season. This in-person event is your chance to unwind, connect with others, and unleash your creativity in a supportive environment. No crafting experience is necessary and all supplies will be provided. Come and experience how creativity, working with your hands, and connection can help you along your mental health journey. Price includes a take home embroidered ornament and a drink ticket.
